SUNNY HWR-45 is a medium heavy coated graphite based air hardening electrodes very hard and sound weld deposit non-machinable but only be ground. Soft and stable arc, low spatters and easy slag removal and easy operational, uniquely designed hard facing electrodes.

SUNNY HWR-45 is ideal for surfacing weld metal hardening characteristics and excellent resistance to possesses hardness of about 450 BHN.

SUNNY HWR-65 is a medium heavy coated hardening electrodes. Weld metal deposit extremely hard, highly resistance to serve abrasion and metal wear with moderate impact. Welds are non-machinable, can only be ground finished. Specially designed for sound and porosity free weld with soft and stable are low spatters and easy to operate well on AC as well as DC in all welding positions.

SUNNY HWR-65 use for rebuilding worn out parts, dressing weld up to 600 BHN approximate. Specially suitable for oil expeller worms, bucket teeth, concrete mixer blades, muller tyres, scrapper blades. Coal crusher rolls, screw conveyors etc.
